First, Malvasia Bianca Salento: A soft, light tasting white wine with both floral and fruity characteristics. Paired with Lobster Medallion with Caviar on bed of crispy salad. Delicioso!
For soup, we were served with Rheindeer Goulyash: curry-like taste soup with venison stew/goulyash. And its perfect accompaniment: Negroamaro Salento, a ruby-red-colored wine with intense notes of red fruits and berries. In addition, this wine has spicy notes and slighty soft, sweet tannins with long finish.
Also, perfect entrée after that hearty goulyash is the Sous-vide of Duck Ballotine served with corriander cream sauce. Yum!
