Lunch Special @ Tomo Izakaya, Clarke Quay, Singapore

Tomo Izakaya is a Japanese restaurant that serve izakaya-style food (i.e. small plates food to be shared around the table). Tomo izakaya serves quite a wide variety of food, from typical sashimi, rice dishes, noodle dishes, makimono (sushi), yaki mono (grilled dish) to anything in between.

During that particular visit, we had the lunch special: Sashimi Rice Set and also Tofu Salad.

The Sashimi Rice Set comes with generous portion of rice and mixed sashimi on top, miso soup, small portion of Ton Shabu Salad (thinly sliced pork with mixed salad and sesame dressing) and also mixed salad leaf with sesame dressing. Salads were fresh and refreshing, the sashimi were fresh and yummy as it should be!

With their quality and priced, they should sort out avocados properly, I don’t quite want to see black avocados on my plate!
